The Tempest Comes | Prophecy

This is what the Lord says of the coming outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

We know Him as a gentle breeze. We have spoken about how He seems child-like and have taken Him for granted. We have resisted Him and have grieved Him many times. We have forgotten that He is God. The Spirit of the Living God. The Lord of the body of Christ.

There will be an outpouring of the Holy Spirit unlike any we have ever seen before. We will not be able to quench Him or resist Him. We will now know Him as a mighty tempest. A great strong wind that will shake the nations.

We have forgotten that He is the same spirit that killed Ananias and Sapphira for lying (Acts 5:1-11). The same spirit that caused the earth to open and swallow Dathan, Korah and Abiram and their household (Numbers 16:1-40). He does not change (Malachi 3:6).

He will come with the sound of trumpets and a might wind that will shake the earth. We will know that He is God.

And the Lord says, “do not grieve my spirit for He will not pardon. For my name is in Him” (Exodus:23:20-22).

  1. Reblogged this on The Warrior Anointing and commented:

My Spirit agrees with this word. The Exodus reference is:

Exo 23:20 “Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.
Exo 23:21 Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him.
Exo 23:22 But if you indeed obey His voice and do all that I speak, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.
